We act as a professional intermediary between clients and government authorities — we do not guarantee approval of applications as final decisions rest with the relevant government body.
Professional fees are payable to Suntew Business Solutions. Government fees (paid to IP India, MCA, FSSAI, etc.) are separate and payable directly to the government portal. Fees quoted are for the specific service scope discussed. Additional government objections, appeals, or scope changes may attract additional professional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
Processing timelines stated on our website and in our communications are indicative and based on current government processing speeds. We do not guarantee timelines as they are subject to government authority processing. We commit to filing your application promptly upon receipt of complete documents and fees, and to keeping you updated at every stage.
If Suntew is unable to file your application due to reasons within our control, a full refund of our professional fee will be provided. Government fees once paid are generally non-refundable as per government policy. Refunds are not provided if an application is rejected due to ineligibility of the applicant or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Suntew Business Solutions is liable only for professional fees paid to us. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect, or business losses arising from government decisions, processing delays, or rejection of applications.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka.
